Looking to book a table at The Queens Arms? Our online booking system makes it quick and easy to reserve a table and enjoy a stress-free dining experience. Here’s everything you need to know about booking online with us.

Simple and Convenient

Our online booking system is designed to be simple and convenient, so you can easily make a reservation from the comfort of your own home. With just a few clicks, you can select your preferred date and time, choose your table and let us know any special requests you may have. We’ll take care of the rest.

Confirmation and Reminders

Once you’ve made your online booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your reservation.

**Polite Notice**

At weekends we are often very busy and we have a limit of 90 minutes table time per booking.

On days of special significance,  ie. Mothering Sunday we do not offer our menu food, only the carvery is available this is to ensure that we can accommodate all our customers.

We suggest that all your party arrive at least 20 minutes before your booking so that you can get a drink at the bar and be ready to be seated.

The table time starts at your online booking time, not the time you get to your table. 

**Please Note **

If you are 15 minutes or more late for your table booking we reserve the right to cancel your booking and allocate your table to another group of customers.

If your booking is for 10 or more people we will require a non refundable deposit of £20.

The £20 payment will be lodged against your payment method but not actually collected by us until your booking request is accepted. 

Your money will be returned automatically by our system after 7 days, if your booking is not accepted.

When the payment is actually taken you will receive an email receipt from us, please show this receipt when you are paying for your meal and we will deduct it from your final bill.

We realise that it is important to accept or decline bookings as soon as possible.  However, sometimes we are so busy in the restaurant that we do not have time to check for new booking requests as often as we would like.  If you request a same day booking and do not receive a timely response from us, please call us on 0161 330 5904 and we will deal with your booking request immediately.
