Frequently asked questions
Most frequent questions and answers
Are children allowed ?
Yes! As long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult and they stay in the party room they are allowed in until we close.
Are we allowed to decorate the party room?
Yes! We do ask that you use blu-tac rather than sellotape to stick your banners etc to the fixtures. We also ask that you do not bring balloons filled with glitter or any type of confetti.
Can we send song suggestions to the DJ before the event?
Yes! Just email your suggested songs to dj@queensarmsaudenshaw.co.uk However please note – our DJ has over 30 years experience creating memorable nights for hundreds of events. We do not guarantee that he will play all your song choices. The DJ uses music to create the mood and ensure that the party goes with a bang, some songs may not fit with his playlist. His decision is final.
Can we provide our own cake?
Yes! If you give the cake to our staff upon your arrival we will arrange for it to come out with candles blazing and in sync with our DJ playing suitable birthday or celebration music.
Is the party room private? and how many people can it accommodate?
The party room is private with its own access and own toilets. It comfortably seats 45 people, the adjacent room where the bar is situated, comfortably seats a further 50 people. This room is open to the public, however the DJ will be focussing mainly on your party rather than the general public.
Does the party room have wheelchair access?
Yes! There is a door that leads straight into the party room from our car park.
